HATHA / HATHA FLOW YOGA   Incorporating breathing techniques (Pranayama), postures (Asana) and meditation (Dhyana). Static and flowing posture sequences, connecting your mind to breath and breath to movement, leaving you feeling stronger, more flexible, relaxed and connected.

BRO YOGA   A class dedicated to the Bro's. Compliment your usual work out routine by increasing flexibility, strength, and gain greater focus and balance.  Be better at your sport, work or daily life activities.

PILATES (Mat)   Strength and flexibility training which improves posture, creates long lean muscles, improves balance and reduces stress. Focuses on strengthening the core, including back and shoulders.

PILATESFUSION  Combining Pilates, Barre and Yoga to give you strength and stability with flexibility and mobility, making you stronger, leaner and more grounded.

RESTORATIVE YOGA  Props like bolsters and blankets are used to support the body, enabling you relax, breathe and soften into the yoga postures and ‘just be’.

VINYASA FLOW  Connecting breath to movement through a flowing asana practice. Builds strength, mobility and awareness of breath and body.
